Not only do they have a nice and growing amount of fonts worth taking a look throiugh, but the website for type foundry ‘Our Type’ is brilliantly put together (despite running on Flash).

The latest work for Honda by Wieden + Kennedy is an interactive online experience that takes its cues from the way Street View allows users to move and look around a 360 degree photographed environment. Only there’s no streets here…

I can’t actually get this working in my browser for some reason, so I’ll link to the creative review post instead which has a good deal of extra info. HERE.

Hobo Lobo of Hamelin is a multi-layered-side-scrolling interractive fiction project being put together piece by piece by Stevan Živadinović.

These pictures (despite their great illustrations) do it no justice and you should check it out for yourself here.

An Exquisite Beast is a daily drawing blog with a twist. Every illustration links into the next. Check out illustrator Emory Allen’s efforts here and be sure to scroll right along.

Bruce Galpin has created a set of Google+ styled UI buttons that can be easily implemented by web designers on their projects and designs.
A nice idea in regards to creating a conhesive and standard of visual language across the web.

Most who read this are probably more than happy with their Flickr accounts- but for those looking for something a bit different, and with more of a focus on photography portfolios rather than photostreams take a look at 500px.

Aggregate / discovery site StumbleUpon recently had a redesign/rebrand worth checking out. Although it probably won’t pull you away from Tumblr, the whole package is a much more simplified, user-friendly, and streamlined update.
BrandNew put together a nice breakdown of their thoughts here.

The Combined is a neatly designed answer to the online cultural newspaper (was this a question?).
It’s unashamedly hipster, with opening sentences such as:

I met JP, the man behind Baxter of California, some time back through a mutual friend. I was familiar with Baxter’s skin care products and had used them even before and I genuinely enjoyed them. My face and skin are very sensitive to soaps.

and

I am sure you guys witnessed the Nike Air Mag madness that began just over a week ago and still carries on as we speak.

and

Have you guys noticed the ridiculous amount of completely solid releases put out by Vans this year?

This aside, it’s layout is a nice piece of web design - and content wise it certainly informs me about things I definitely have no clue about.

DesignersMX is a mixtape website made by designers, for designers.
A website intended for designers to share the music they listen to whilst working away. Annoyingly encountered after putting together a similar project with some friends last year. The execution of this is great though, so go check it out.

Definitely a website geared more to lovers of aesthetics; review website Fixabook puts the saying ‘Never judge a book by its cover’ straight into disregard.
The site focuses on reviewing editions of books purely by their design. This includes covers, spines, blurbs, layout.
Secretly everyone wants a great looking bookshelf. Fixabook will give you some great recommendations.
