Justin Fuller art directed this fantastic branding project. He describes it better than I would…
Denver Music Company is a fictional / pop-up record store that was created as an installation for Create Denver Week in April of 2010. The project aimed to highlight the unique history of the music scene in Denver and the Front Range of Colorado. Everything was created from scratch, including the logo, the storefront, several silkscreened prints to decorate the shop, a 50-page zine, buttons, stickers and record bin labels. An interactive listening station allowed people to hear a variety of music created by Colorado artists over the years.
Would love to get my hands on the fifty page zine but for now the photos of the project will have to do.
There’s no direct link to the project, but it’s well worth clicking to from the homepage!
