9Eyes Tumblr is making the rounds this morning. One of the better collections of Google Street View photography.
Part of me feels like people are going to look back on collections like these in years to come as the ultimate slice of life examples of what this generation was like. I’m undecided on how accurate the portrayal is…

Triboro Design are a husband and wife graphic design team, who created this fantastic large spread invitation for a group exhibition at the Roth gallery.
Great use of type and colour, balanced really well on the page.

Graphic Design peer and pal Ryan Bartaby sits opposite me in the studio. He often can’t decide if he wants to be a graphic desginer or a photographer…
His rather nice photos make it apparent why.

Mikael Floysand has put together this brilliant and thorough identity, promotional posters & editorial design for the upcoming new Deichmanske Library in Bjørvika, Oslo.
What’s great is the extensive detail Floysand goes into applying his identity to. Makes the project so much tighter to look through.
For a larger description of the project as well as many more photos I strongly suggest you click here.

Stereo Stack, quite simply presents a collection of banner headers taken from vintage vinyl sleeves advertising the fact they were in stereo.
Fantastic variety of designs all essentially giving the exact same message.

Scott Roth has a flickr stream worth your time, and a very panoramic approach to a lot of his photography.
Very kindly he has high res options available as well, some of which I would class as definitely wallpaper worthy!

Moustaches Make A Difference is a new awareness campaign and fund raising effort for those with Prostate cancer.

We’re embarking on our own journey towards greatness by growing moustaches of our own to raise funds and awareness for the Singapore Prostate Cancer Research Fund. So show your support by donating, and follow our shenanigans on the blog.

Saw this campaign a few days ago but just couldn’t work out what it was for. Now I know it definitely seemed worth a post.
By itself it’s a great campaign, with excellent timing for Movember. With the additional link to it’s charitable cause and finding something that stands out as manly, but still accessible and fun it’s fantastic.
Support the cause or just find out more here.

Designer Oliver Munday has worked on a branding identity for 826DC: The Museum of Unnatural History, which holds to a great visual style that works both instore and on this poster (one of a series of four).
I’d recommend you see all the photos and work here.
Watch out for the great gift store products.

Helm’s Workshop worked on this great, simple but half full logo for ‘Optimistic Beverages’ who they describe as.

An exploratory group hoping to start a craft brewery in Austin. And they did! Check out our early progress on brand development for Austin Beerworks.

Unfortunately I don’t own the vinyl for Cannonball Adderley with Bill Evans / Know What I Mean. This aside, it remains a fantastic start to a Wednesday all the same.
